Coaching is more action-oriented and focused on helping you achieve specific goals, such as improving communication, deepening intimacy, and navigating relationship challenges. Instead of diving into deep psychological issues, we work together to create a plan that moves you forward and practice the behaviors that will get you to where you want to go. 

It’s normal for one partner to be more hesitant. I’ll meet you both where you are, and we’ll work together to create a safe space for open conversation. I can provide tools to help ease your partner into the process, so they feel comfortable as we go. However, if your partner truly doesn't want to participate in coaching then it might not be the right time for it.

I offer individual and couples coaching, tailored to your needs. Whether you want to work on your personal growth or strengthen your relationship, I provide the guidance and support to help you reach your goals.
